Powered by the connected truck’s hydraulic and electrical systems, PavMaster 414T is both durable and easy to maneuver between jobs. Its 3-ton capacity hopper, screed lift cylinder, auger control with an electric over hydraulic valve, and standard eight rubber-on-iron wheels ensure stability and smooth operation.

Its integrated breakaway system ensures safety by disconnecting from the connected truck’s hydraulic and electrical systems if the vehicle moves before the quiet-operating paver unit is disconnected, reducing oil spill risks on the job.

PavMaster 414T’s hydraulic gate circuits are equipped with pilot-operated check valves to prevent unintended gate openings, ensuring safety during transport and use. Its hopper-mounted auger helps distribute the material from the machine’s RH or LH side, which can be beneficial when paving on banked roads or paving thicker on one side.

PavMaster 414T can pave paths up to 6 inches thick and 8 to 14 feet wide with a 3-inch crown or invert. Its hardened bolt-on screed wear plate is heated by a propane tank mounted on the paver. The unit is also equipped with hydraulic augers that can operate manually or automatically, providing even material distribution across different terrains.
