Both PavMaster 8140’s LH and RH operator stations are ergonomically designed for seamless operation. Its EDC steering control allows easy switching from one side to the other without needing a separate control switch.

This commercial-class asphalt paver’s fiberglass hood minimizes engine noise and heat, enhancing operator comfort. It outperforms steel shrouds in noise reduction, making PavMaster 8140 a quiet and efficient machine.

With bolt-on wear plates and an insulated screed box, PavMaster 8140 can pave paths up to 6 inches thick and 8 to 14 feet wide. It allows for varied paving needs with capabilities for a 3-inch crown or up to a 2-inch invert. The screed depth can be controlled with a manual screw and with the hydraulic adjusting cylinder, allowing for the easy attachment of automation when required.

Equipped with extension-mounted screed augers and a wide-slat conveyor design, PavMaster 8140 ensures smooth material flow to the screed and higher production throughput. Independent conveyor operations allow for effective material distribution on demand.

The 12-inch Urethane Grouser-style tracks are hydraulic self-adjusting, providing maximum traction and extended track life. Rock guards further enhance the durability and longevity of the tracks.
